Up to 6 months before the start of the event, 75% of the amount will be refunded.

 Between 6 and 4 months before the start of the event, 50% of the amount will be returned.

 Between 4 and 2 months before the start of the event, 25% of the amount will be returned.

 Less than 2 months before the start of the event, no amount will be refunded.

 Please note that this return policy will only be applicable to our events / weekends.  This policy does not apply to room reservations, flights, transportation or other payments made at Rifa Concierge LTD.

 

 In the event of cancellation for any reason – including but not limited to weather conditions, national emergencies or political changes in government, Rifa Concierge LTD is not responsible.

 In these cases, no reimbursement will be made to participants, nor will any reimbursement for event-related expenses incurred by participants.
